My morning green smoothie
I had already drank half ot was so good! I am always trying to make up different smoothies to get in all those nutrients. I wanted to fit in some veggies without tasting bland, here is the recipe…
1 cup spinach
1 tbl ground flaxeed
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop of strawberry protein (substitute whatever flavour you have)
Add more almond milk if too thick
Whiz up in a food processor and voila!
I had this at breakfast with half a grapefruit but it would also be a good mid morning snack.
