Hi all wanted to get a quick morning workout in before Kris and I go away for the night so did it in the comfort of my own home while my Macie played and ate her cereal.

Here is the routine…
50 x jumping jacks
20 x squats
10 x jumping squats
20 x lunges (10 each leg)
10 x jumping squats
20 x lunges (10 each leg)
5 x burpees
20 x kneeling press ups
5 x burpees
30 x mountain climbers
30 sec plank hold
Repeat 3 x through.

Had a break inbetween each set for selfies with Macie lol and obviously some water!

No excuses!  Anyone can do this one you don’t need any equipment just yourself and some water.
If I wasn’t 21 weeks pregnant I would have done full pressups and more burpees but this was enough for me during my 2nd trimester.
