Happy february everyone! I am a day late but we could do day 1 and day 2 today as it won’t take long. Being pregnant I am trying to focus on keeping my bum and legs toned as I put on alot of weight here in my last pregnancy so here is my challenge…

Start with level 1 this week and continue onto each higher level each week. Also with the lunges I will do them for each leg so double the amount. Let me know how you get on!
