On one of my Fave fitness websites ToneitUp they have set us a challenge to move 100 miles by valentines day! This started on New years Day however due to me feeling Ill over Christmas I started a few days later. It works out around 2.2 miles a day which is doable. Being pregnant I will try my best to hit this target however even if I hit 3/4 of this I will be pleased! I will aim to move most days and use different forms of cardio not just walking to fit this in! I will be mainly walking though! Running is tough during pregnancy! So Far I have completed 7.5 miles…not bad!!
