Not done a full body workout for ages! Forgot how tough this was too. I did a circuit from kayla itsines bikini body guide no1.


I used a 4kg medicine ball and 2 x 5 kg hand held weights for the times i needed them. 

I did this this morning in the gym after i dropped macie at nursery. You basically repeat circuit 1 as many times as you can in 7 mins and the same with circuit 2. You then go back and repeat C1 and then C2. For a total workout of 28mins with a few mins added inbetween each circuit for rest.
