Todays workout was a hard one. I wanted some inspiration and a full body workout so I turned to pinterest.  I started with a 5 minute jog on the treadmill at 9kmph to warm up. I then proceeded with this full body workout below. I used a 3kg dumbell throughout and definitly felt the burn. Try to repeat each circuit 3 times without stopping, just have a minute or so break inbetween each circuit.

Afterwards I wanted to get a little cardio in so i did 10 minutes of HIIT (high intensity interval training) training on the treadmill. 30 seconds of 12.5kmph and i jumped off for 30 seconds of rest.  Repeated untill i completed 10 minutes. I felt good afterwards and definitly burnt up a sweat.

Let me know if you try this one. You could always start off with no weight or a really light weight and work your way up the next time you try it. Make sure you do proper form and don’t rush. It is best to perform each exercise properly than rush through and risk injury or not exercise the appropriate muscles.
