It’s October this wednesday…already! Just found this burpee challenge on the dailyhiit website and added it to pinterest. I am gonna add this onto my usual routine when I am at the gym and for days I cannot get to the gym or I’m not exercising, I will still do it at home. I am sure everyone of you could give this a go! I have posted a picture of what a burpee is above for example. If you’re not sure of the other exercises below are some picture examples of each or you could you tube examples so that you get the right technique. Best to get it right first hand rather than casuing injury!
Push up
Mountain climbers
Squats
Squat jumps
